Less typing, a clear review step
Categories and notes
Review the amount and time, then adjust categories, tags, notes and reimbursement state. Category corrections can become merchant rules.
Offline storage
Entries stay on your device, with charts and CSV export. A save error remains visible, retaining in-memory edits for a retry after storage is repaired.
Optional private sync
Connect four platforms to one private account to sync entries and merchant rules. Offline edits retry, and conflicts keep both versions for review. A separately configured server is required.

What stays local and what is sent
Entries, screenshots, chat and classification rules are stored on your device; GLM keys and session credentials use system secure storage. This website does not receive ledger data or screenshots.
When GLM is configured, required images, OCR text or annotations are sent to the Zhipu service under its privacy terms and pricing. Check images for information you do not want to send. Without a key, local functionality remains, but some images may not be recognized.
Private sync stores entries and merchant rules on the server you configure. Screenshots, chat and GLM keys do not enter the sync service. Public registration and a hosted sync server are not provided. The server administrator manages accounts, storage and backups.
Deleting a synced entry retains a deletion record so an offline device cannot silently restore it. Signing out keeps the local ledger. For complete removal, back up first and coordinate with your server administrator. GitHub and site hosting may process access logs under their policies.

You may download this preview for free and install, run and back it up on your own devices for personal bookkeeping and evaluation. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software or brand or make the source public. Third-party components retain their own licenses. No purchase or subscription is required.
The preview is provided as-is without guarantees of error-free operation, ongoing updates, recovery or compatibility with every device. Review recognition results and back up important records regularly; sync does not replace backup. This preview is not an official tax or bank record.
Core regressions, cross-language HTTP integration, Mac tests and platform builds have been checked. Automated checks are distinct from four-device acceptance. The Mac package is unnotarized, Windows has no publisher signature, Android uses a test signature, and iOS requires your own signing.
