YancyINDEPENDENT · HONESTLY SHIPPED

I build local-first software tools and calibrated precision hardware. All four products follow the same rule: show the current state and the evidence behind it in the channels below.

SECTION 01

Every channel keeps its real validation status · open one for detail

CH1Small-batch validation · inquiries open
HARDWARE · FORCE MEASUREMENT

Force Analyzer

A wired USB force-acquisition kit with an L6B-H-300g sensor, 24-bit AD7190 hardware, live plots, tare, recording, and CSV export.

For R&D testing, teaching, fixture validation, and small contact-force measurement; not for trade settlement, medical diagnosis, or personal-safety protection.

CH2In validation · private development candidate
macOS · AI AGENTS

Parallel Tasks

Collect the human actions waiting across coding agents into one executable, resumable local inbox.

Developers running Codex, Claude Code, and other coding agents who want explicit intervention steps only when a person is genuinely needed, followed by an accurate return to the source task.

CH5In validation · ad-hoc experimental download
macOS · CLIPBOARD TRACE

Sutie

Track where text was copied from and pasted to, with a direct path back to web sources.

macOS users who move material into Obsidian and want source links, clipboard history, and app-level flow records.

FINANCE · LOCAL FIRST

AI Ledger

Turn payment screenshots into ledger entries. Categorize, annotate and export, with optional sync through your own server.

For people managing a personal ledger across phone and desktop with less manual entry. Local use is available; AI recognition needs your own GLM key.

SECTION 02

Processing chain PRODUCT CRAFT

Every product passes these five stages

STAGE·1 / INPUT

Problems are my own

Agent queues, stale exports, lost handoff context, detached clipboard sources, and fragmented small-force acquisition chains are the real problems behind these products.

STAGE·2 / INTERACTION

Operation path first

One menu-bar click, one CLI line, or one clear instrument setup and calibration path. Tech choices come after; features that break the flow get cut.

STAGE·3 / ARCHITECTURE

Local first

Software stays local when possible; hardware uses wired USB and a desktop companion. AI Ledger can optionally connect to your own sync server; the site requires no account.

STAGE·4 / EVIDENCE

A build is not a release

Test counts, acceptance items, open gates—each detail page lists them one by one, with unfinished work marked as pending.

STAGE·5 / OUTPUT
