Force Analyzer V5.0.1 is a wired USB force-acquisition kit combining a ZEMIC L6B-H-300g sensor, an ESP32-S3 and 24-bit AD7190 aluminum acquisition unit, a 3D-printed enclosure, and desktop software.
It suits contact force, pressing force, slow loading, teaching, research, and fixture validation. The desktop app combines live readings, rolling and cumulative plots, tare, filtering, statistics, threshold-triggered recording, and CSV export. Other ranges, data formats, protocols, cables, and software interfaces can be customized.

An AD7190 sigma-delta ADC sits in an aluminum enclosure, connecting to the sensor through an aviation connector and to the computer over USB-B.
10 Hz is intended for static or slowly varying force; 100 Hz captures faster loading changes and general dynamic trends.
Each delivered kit is calibrated; the app supports live readings, two plot views, tare, filtering, statistics, threshold recording, multipoint calibration, and CSV export.
