Switch agents without re-explaining the project from zero

When Codex quota runs out, Claude remains available, or a team changes coding agents, SwitchProof turns “what the next agent needs to know” into an evidence-backed, inspectable handoff package.

It records the goal, current state, next steps, Git drift, test evidence, and Skill, MCP, and CLI capability dependencies. The receiving agent verifies before resuming.
